Two tornadoes have struck western Japan. A rare phenomenom, the Wakayama twister (south of Osaka) was caught on tape:
Fascinating... but to be honest, I always thought a tornado on the water was called a water spout. Regardless, I'm sure everyone was scared out of their minds. Kudos to the brave pilot and crew filming it... Stupid... but brave.
